You can delete your Grocery Panda account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Grocery Panda app (Customer, Rider, or Shop) and sign in
- Go to Account / Profile
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@gilltech.ai from your registered email/phone with subject “Grocery Panda Account Deletion” and include your registered phone number.
What is deleted
- Profile and authentication data
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Active session tokens
What may be retained
We may retain limited order, payment, and fraud-prevention records for a period required by law, tax, or dispute resolution. These records are no longer used for marketing and are isolated from active product use.
Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
