Access is granted by the participating hospital. Users must keep credentials confidential and use the apps only for authorized hospital purposes.
3. Medical disclaimer
The apps facilitate hospital operations and communication. They do not replace emergency services or professional medical advice. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
4. Acceptable use
Unauthorized access, misuse of patient data, or attempts to disrupt hospital systems are prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gill Tech is not liable for clinical outcomes or hospital operational decisions made using the software.
