- Account details such as name, phone number, email, and delivery address
- Order, payment confirmation, and delivery status data
- Device identifiers, app version, crash logs, and approximate location when needed for delivery
- Shop inventory and rider operational data for partner apps
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and fulfill grocery orders
- To notify you about order status, support replies, and important service updates
- To improve reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (for example payment processors, SMS/OTP providers, hosting, and analytics), and with riders or shops solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention & security
We retain account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and dispute requirements. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards.
5. Your rights
