By creating an account or using Grocery Panda, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service
Grocery Panda lets customers browse shops, place grocery orders, and receive delivery. Rider and shop apps support fulfillment. Availability, prices, and delivery times may vary by location and shop.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Orders & payments
Order totals, delivery fees, and payment methods are shown before checkout. Refunds and cancellations follow the in-app policies and applicable shop rules. Partner commission and payouts for shops/riders are governed by your partner agreement and Rider / Partner Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, post unlawful content, or interfere with other users, shops, or riders.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gill Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps. Product quality for fulfilled items is primarily the responsibility of the fulfilling shop.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
