These terms apply when you use Grocery Panda as a delivery rider or shop partner.
1. Partner responsibilities
- Riders: accept and complete deliveries safely, update status accurately, and handle customer items with care
- Shops: keep catalog/stock accurate, prepare orders promptly, and honor published prices
2. Payouts & commission
Fees, commissions, and payout schedules are defined in your partner agreement or in-app payout settings. Disputed payouts must be raised through support with order references.
3. Conduct & safety
Harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension. You must comply with applicable traffic, food-safety, and employment laws in your region.
4. Data
Partner operational data is processed under the Grocery Panda Privacy Policy.
